Dixon Company Band

Jim Dixon and wife Cindy have been professionally entertaining together for over twenty-five years, but their international recognition has been with the Company Band during the past ten years. Since taking an early retirement from the real world of work, they have been able to expand their music career to full time. Jim & Cindy and the Company Band have recently released their fifth album. Their first two studio albums have been picked up by country radio, having nine singles released and still on the daily rotation of air play, including one charted ECMC top ten single. Jim & Cindy have entertained for country Dances, Festivals, Weddings and Concerts and have made many guest appearances at Benefits and live Radio Shows. Whether performing for an intimate crowd or several thousand, you will be instantly sold on their stage performance, energy and the vocal package they have to offer. Jim & Cindy have been lucky enough to be surrounded y great talented musicians. Jim & Cindy had formed the Texas Edition of the Company Band about eight years ago, and are still performing over eighty shows/dances in the Valley each season. For the Texas Edition local musicians “Pop Brown” the third member of the band has been professionally playing bass for over fifty years, picking with his own band and playing all over the world. Pop has spent many years in California backing up many major acts. Pop, a retired Air Force Veteran has called the Valley home for the past ten years. Ron Lykins, an Ohio native, calls the Valley his winter retirement home for his third year. Ron the final member of the Company Band has been performing across North America also opening shows and backing up many major entertainers. Although Ron can pick anything with strings on it, has has settled with the sweet sound of the pedal steel guitar for the lead instrument for the Company Band.
