Winter Green Estates
Description
Winter Green Estates is a 55 and older Mobile Home and RV Community located at 500 N. Bryan Road in Mission, TX., deep in the Rio Grande Valley.
We are a HUD approved facility, consisting of 312 mobile home, park model and recreational vehicle lots where owners own the land. Winter Green Estates is governed by a Board of Officers and Directors that are elected by the owners. The Board administers our by-laws and covenants.
Our community building was remodeled to include a new state of the art kitchen. Our swimming pool and shuffleboard courts have been recently refurbished.
