Entertainer Showcase
The Entertainer Showcase is your opportunity to perform before an audience of RV resort & retirement community activity directors.
As a Showcase entertainer, you will have the opportunity to utilize our booking room to schedule events for the following season and potentially for the current season should any resort wish to do so.
Showcase Details
The Entertainer Showcases is produced by Welcome Home RGV and held each January at the McAllen Convention Center (700 Convention Center Drive, McAllen, Tx).
The performance fee is $125. If you are interested in performing, please reserve your spot today. We will review your application, and once approved, we will send you a confirmation with your time slot.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you notify us before December 1, we can rollover your payment to the following year. We will only roll over payments once.
Each entertainer has nine (9) minutes to perform.
Yes! After your performance you can proceed to the booking room and stay there as long as you need to. We ask that you tentatively schedule your shows and follow up with contracts so that the activity directors can quickly go back to the Showcase.
Yes! Each entertainer has the opportunity to share an 8′ table for the duration of the event. Bring your schedules, swag, posters, etc – whatever you need to promote your act.
Each RV Resort can have up to six (6) people attend the Showcase. The Rio Grande Valley is home to over 150 RV resorts in every shape and size and each resort has a different way of booking entertainment.
