This year, Dickens on the Strand will celebrate its 50th year of bringing hoop skirts, top hats, and Victorian London to the streets of Galveston. Charles Dickens himself can be seen walking the Strand during the festival. Attendees will hear whimsical bells and festive choirs–among other performances–throughout the festival.
