Bring to boil & cool:
  • 3/4 C cider vinegar
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 1 T water
  • 1 C sugar
Drain and rinse 1 can each:
  • Shopeg white corn
  • pinto beans
  • black-eyed peas
  • black beans
Dice:
  • 1 sm green pepper
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 sm onion
Mix it all together and serve with Scoops Tortilla Chips
