Activity Director Resources
Activities are the life-blood of all of our retirement communities. Whether it is entertaimment, craft sales, meals, games or all of the above, we know our Winter Texans want to do it all. Our goal is to assist activity directors from across the Rio Grande Valley to connect with RGV resources to maximize the Winter Texan experience.
We have a variety of ways to get involved and promote yourself, we invite you to take advantage of them all.

Entertainer Showcase

The Entertainer Showcase is your opportunity to listen and connect with entertainers from across the country.
As an Activity Director, you will have the opportunity to utilize our booking room to schedule events for the following season and potentially for the current season should you have any open spots. Each artist has nine (9) minutes to perform and will be available for booking immediately after their performance.
Tickets are limited to four (4) per park/community and must be purchased in advance. Those communities that are members of Welcome Home RGV will recive four (4) complimentary passes and VIP entry. Tickets will be available for pickup at the Connection Fair.
