What Is Activity Director Boot Camp?
Activity Director Boot Camp brings Rio Grande Valley Activity Directors together for three days of learning, networking and exploring the people and places that help make our communities special.
Whether you are brand new to the job or have been planning activities for years, Boot Camp is an opportunity to meet other Activity Directors, share ideas, learn from one another and discover resources you can use throughout the season.

We want this year’s Boot Camp to focus on the questions, challenges and topics that matter most to you. Please take a few minutes to complete our Activity Director survey and tell us what you would like to learn, discuss and experience this year.
New Activity Directors are especially encouraged to attend. Boot Camp is one of the easiest ways to quickly meet other directors, learn how things work throughout the Valley and build a network of people you can call when you have questions.
More Than a Meeting
Boot Camp takes Activity Directors beyond the conference room. Past Boot Camps have included behind-the-scenes tours, local attractions, dining experiences and plenty of opportunities to learn from one another.
