Submitting a full season calendar?

For the fastest processing, download and use our Season Calendar Upload Template. Enter each event date on its own row, then upload the completed spreadsheet here. Downloads as a Microsoft Excel file. Complete the template and upload it with your event submission.

We can also accept PDFs, flyers, scans, and other calendar formats. However, calendars submitted in a different format may require additional review and may take longer than our typical 24-hour processing time.
