Brownsville Winter Haven RV Resort is owned and operated by the POA. It is a 55+, gated community, nestled among towering palm trees and tranquil resaca waterways. The Resort offers a variety of accommodations, including RV sites with full hookups, privately owned RV lots, manufactured homes and spacious brick homes, all designed to provide comfort and convenience. Residents and guests can enjoy a wealth of planned activities and on-site amenities such as three heated saltwater swimming pools with full bathhouses, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a putting green, a 75-yard chipping range, a dog park and coin operated laundry facilities. The resort also features a clubhouse with a ballroom, billiards room and two activity rooms. The lending library and Activity Office are in the Resort Office Lobby area.
