“Huateque” – Ballet Folklorico feat. BYU International Folk Ensemble
January 18 @ 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
The Ballet Folklórico is a thirty-two member organization comprised of students who are pursing degrees in a variety of disciplines. The Ballet presents student and public concerts annually and travels to present programs for local, state, national, and international private and public affairs. The Ballet has jointly produced ballets, concerts, zarzuelas, and musicals with the Valley Symphony Orchestra, the UTRGV Theatre, and the UTRGV Music Department.
This year, we’re honored to share the stage with the BYU International Folk Ensemble – a world-renowned group celebrated for their stunning performances of traditional dances and music from cultures across the globe. Having toured extensively in over 30 countries, the ensemble is known for their artistry and ability to captivate audiences with dynamic and authentic presentations.
Parking is complimentary after 5pm.
