
The Entertainer Showcase is your opportunity to perform before an audience of RV resort & retirement community activity directors. There are two showcases each season, you will have the opportunity to utilize our booking room to schedule events for the following season and potentially for the current season should any resort wish to do so.

The performance fee is $125. If you are interested in performing, please reserve your spot today. We will review your application, and once approved, we will send you a confirmation with your time slot.
Note all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entertainer Showcase
Entertainer Showcase time slot. The Entertainer Showcase is an annual event that brings together entertainers and RV resort activity directors. The two-day event allows each artist to perform for a set amount of time in hopes of being booked for the next season.

If something happens and I can’t make it, can I get a refund?
No, we don’t give refunds, however, we can roll over your payment to the following year.
How much time does the entertainer get to perform?
Each act gets 9 minutes to perform and a 3 minute setup/soundcheck.
Can I play a video or track about myself?
NO – This is for you to show off how well you perform in front of an audience, not to just tell them.
How many people will be allowed in with the entertainer?
Your fee covers you and your booking agent if you have one.
How many acts are in the Entertainers Showcase?
Approximately thirty (30) acts each day for a total of sixty (60) entertainers/acts.
How many people are allowed backstage while performing?
We ask that only those performing go backstage due to limited space and for noise control.
Do I need to bring my own sound equipment?
No, we have a sound crew. Just bring your instruments. Prior to the show we will reach out to make sure we have everything you might need.
Do I need to provide a booking contract?
That’s optional. We will provide you with a triplicate form for booking – a copy for your records, one for the activity director’s records, and one for Welcome Home. This is helpful in case there is turnover at the parks, or if someone misplaces the original.
Is lunch provided?
No, but we will have concessions available.

How will the Activity Directors get my contact information?
We will provide the Activity Directors with a program with your contact information.
How long can I stay in the booking room?
As long as you have people wanting to book your act.
Do I come dressed to perform?
You never know what the weather will be like in January in the Rio Grande Valley. We suggest arriving in comfortable clothes to unload, as we have dressing rooms available for you to change in.
